Post subject:  rangers of the north (sbg)

hi all! :D
I've got a question about the rangers of the north:

can they all use their bow? because the riders of Rohan and their bowrule may still just use 33% (like normal)
and could rangers have banner bearers or could only warriors of Arnor have them? 'cause before I started playing with sbg I converted 1 of my rangers with a spear to a banner, or should I perhaps use some special house rules for him? if so, got any ideas? (:
thank you all who want to help me!! :D

greets,
Jorn. (:

The 33% (1/3 as some choose to say as of to avoid confusion.) is the entire force.

in the SBG each model is on its own, doing everything independently of others. (No need for coheracy in formations or such)

For example, you field the following:
2 captains of gondor (No bows on these!)
1 banner bearer
20 with sword and shield
20 with spear and shield
21 rangers with bows.

It is the total amount of models you field that one third of can have bows.

not really
you can choose different armies (following lome) and each army has to be 33% bowlimit (the hero;s are an exeption)

so for each army list you choose, you have to be sure it is 1/3 bow limit

Rangers of the North are heroes, heroes are not counted in the 33% in any way, so all can use their bows.
