Floi cancels a special rule for one turn. So if Grima's rule is listed as a special rule, then yes, he can :)

Most amusing. Though I would think a much more practical use would be to nullify oh, say, Ghulavar's special rule during that turn when he could make the jump back to full health, or, say, the Necromancer's Drain Soul, or etc...

If you nullify Grima's rule for a single turn, he will die. There isn't anyway he could survive if his rule is gone. 1 point of will to kill Grima, I know I'd rather nullify that than Drain Soul, assuming that I'm playing against Isengard.

Oh, by all means. Let us wipe the board with Grima- particularly as seeing as my Isengard list, the over 2,500 points worth of it- doesn't have Grima. Go figure. I should make a mental note to pick him up at some point here.

Why wouldn't you include him? He's the single most annoying model in the game (for your enemies), and I never leave Orthanc without him! Suddenly, named heros only get to use might once, and they can't do anything about it! He can even be used to trap opponents and block movement, which can be just as useful as his Wormtongue ability.

Agreed. Grima is a royal pain-in-the-backside.

I don't have him, which is why I don't use him. Otherwise, for all of the 25 points, I most certainly would make use of him.
