Post subject:  Strategy Battle Game - Cavalry Warband Question

Hey guys, quick question here.

Coming up this Saturday is a little LOTR event, which coincidentally will be my first proper LOTR game in years! It will be using the warband rules, and I'll be fielding an all-mounted Rohan force. So I bought the Kingdoms of Men book to update myself and catch up with the rules, but here's the thing.

12 units for an infantry warband, gotcha. How many for cavalry?

The book makes no mention, so I'd assume that cavalry are 12 units also. But the packaging system suggests six. I've had a browse online for the answer but can't seem to come across a solid agreement.

Thanks in advance and apologies if this is an inane question.

A warband can have 12 models of any kind. Cavalry, monsters - it all counts as one model only.

That still only counts as one...
As Elessar said. Goblin captain with 12 trolls, Sulladen with 12 serpent riders, etc etc all legal.
