Hey guys, can someone hint as to what the rules are for the Mahud blowpipe?

I already know that they are poisonous like the Haradrim bows. But I am unsure of their range and whether or not they can move with them if they want to shoot or if they have to stand still if they want to shoot.

Theyre as a counted throwing weapon.And they have specil rules. (1 i think)

They don't count as bows, you may move up to half move and shoot, poison darts, S2 12"/28cm shot
