You can find all the rules on LK's army builder here

Simply add one to your list then go to the very last page where you will find the 'evil army' list. Scroll down and you will find the special rules. :)

It's not worth the price (especially in Australia), frankly. Especially if what everyone says is true and we should expect a The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey sourcebook or supplement some time in the new year.

I'm still expecting The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug Strategy Battle Game and The Hobbit: There and Back Again Strategy Battle Game hardcover rule books in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

They went after Dagorlad recently because someone had posted a link to a Russian website that had an early picture of Radagast. Nothing came of it, but still, this site doesn't need that kind of attention, never mind Dagorlad having to stress over the legal back and forth.

If you want to PM each other about this stuff I'm sure nobody will know or care, but please don't initiate it publicly.
