So i saw, in the new rulebook, that monstrous mounts can use ALL the brutal power attacks... So chariots can too!! Even the ones that, generally, require arms to do, like rend and throw. This makes me see crazy chariot transformers in my head..

A chariot smashing into you at full speed should do a pretty decent job of both throwing and rending. Maybe not with great accuracy but still...

Yes think of how scary that would be? A chariot being pulled by 2 huge horses storming towards you? In real life terms, one of those smashing into you would totally kill you x

However, it can't throw anyone with greater than 3 strength (meaning everybody you'd ever find on a battlefield) unless you take a King of course. I think Barge and Rend are infinitely more useful for them anyway. Imagine a Khandish king charges Durin, wins and strikes against his strength of 4 instead of defence 9. I'm drooling just thinking about it (my main opponent plays dwarves).
