Hi people, I wondered how army builders fit into the strict GW policy against posting point values. Once you have an army builder program, file or something similar is there any need to buy source books? |

Yeah you still need details on magical powers and not all special rules are described in much detail on the army builders, plus i like reading the fluff. If you want GW to stay in business and keep releasing LOTR / Hobbit miniatures why screw them over? |
