Who Can Use Great Bows?

Hi guys, basically as the title says, who can use great bows?

No-one as of now. I was hoping the Men of Dale could use them but it doesnt look like it. Maybe Bard will be able to take it.

Citadel Guards can use them iirc.

I'm thinking maybe Last Alliance men (Tolkien went overboard saying how great they were), could be in preparation for a new TLA supplement.

I'm thinking they'll be used by the men of anduin vale (beornings?) who shot at the eagles with their "great bows" of yew. Probably also used by Laketown, or at least Bard.

What's a great bow? If I may ask in terms of the new rules, or more appropriately is it in the small rulebook? If so I never noticed it.

it should be in the small rulebook in the shooting section where it gives the profile for all other shooting weapons.
