Just need to clarify a point.
The errata states that when thranduil casts a spell using his circlet he is to be treated as having rolled a six when making a cast roll.
Does this then mean an affected model with will can resist his spells on the roll of a six?

Yes, that's what it means. That was also the reason why the question was asked by the way.

Lol, I remember Louis doing just that in one of our battles, I rolled one dice to resist.... And rolled a 6!!!! Luck of the dice!
