They're generic in that you can field them as Rangers of Gondor and Rangers of Arnor, Blackroot Vale etc |

They all have bows, but if you field them with Dunedain/RangersoftheNorth then they get all bows special rule. 1 Dunedain per 4 rangers. |

Do the different varients have different stats and points values? and are they listed in the kingdoms of men book seperatly? |

They're all in Kingdoms of Men and all pretty much the same stats, except Blackroot Vale have 1 less fight and courage. But they each have variation in terms of gear options, special rules and obviously each are in different army lists. |

Yes they have slightly different stats so their points can be different. Also, they can have different upgrades depending on what list they are from. They are in the KoM book under different names - Blackroot vale, Rangers of Gondor and Rangers of Arnor. |
