In my opinion palace guard is overpriced on points cost a lil... An high elf with same gear (heavy armour, shield, elven blade) its 2 points cheaper still compared to palace guard (counting the palace guard already being 1pt for the bodyguard and 1pt for the special rule... *dont place models costs plz* comment :) |

I think the cost is 1pt too high to consider and 2pts higher than it is worth. A high courage model does not really need body guard and the special rule is too small a bubble. If it was 6 inches then yes go for it |
