If I put trolls on opposite ends of an enemy shield wall, does the second Hurl make double hits on the prone enemy?

No, only strikes in close combat against trapped models get double strikes. Correct me if I am wrong.

Morbag is correct. Prone models will only suffer a single hit from hurl.
