Fighting with the One Ring

Can an invisible model (like Gollum or Bilbo with the One Ring on) charge an enemy? I know an enemy can charge them and they can fight normally with a penalty to the enemy doing the charging, but I'm a bit unsure on if the Ringbearer can charge while invisible.

That's what I thought, but one of the special rules in the DoS scenarios specifically says that Bilbo can charge, along with some other bonus', while wearing the Ring. It seems like Bilbo will be extremely powerful with the Ring on, and Gollum for 35 pts is a steal. Both can get straight to combat without any possible damage and both have pretty good chances of winning.

You can charge with the ring on. I think it would say in the rules for the ring if you couldn't.

Like I said, the rule "Attacop, Lazy Lob" makes it seem like he can't.
