I have Three questions

1. Can a model with a courage 7 be boosted to an eight with a war horn to the point of it always passing courage tests?
2. can models be thrown/sorcerous blasted off they table and dose it count as a casualty?
3. what are the rules for deploying non hero monsters must they be deployed in war bands?

Could you elaborate on the second one a little what happens

It counts as hitting an obstacle, so in a hurl, the model takes a strength 6 hit me goes prone. In a sorceress blast, it just stops and goes prone. It says in the rules. In both cases, you must move other models out of the way so that the hurled/blasted model can be where it should have landed

That is wrong my friend. Being blasted into the board edge has no other effect other than the model stopping. The board edge is not an obstacle.
