Flame I like your ranking, except for hobbits. Since all the hobbits held their own in Moria, I'd say S2 is good. Lobelia is S1, that should be the bottom. Not sure about changing the spiders from their current S5...

I'm still not sure refactoring the "average" S and D is a good idea, I just threw it out there for discussion.

I do like it to, still not so keen with the Dwarves being strenght 3, but ah well, it´s just my vision on them, and btw Gimli had 4 axes, 1 throwing axe (or maybe even more of those) , 2 dual wield axes, and 1 two hand axe.

But I would say that only high men, could rival the strenght of 4 and as such Minas-Tirith, Rohhirrim, Easterlings (maybe), would be still strenght 3.... although then im confused as to were put the "Gondor militia and fiefdoms"

I couldn't remember the stats for spiders. If they are STR 5 then they should probably stay that way.

Yeah, in the movie. Not in the book.

I am just confused as to why in Flame's ranking Haradrim are a STR below the likes of Rohhirim and Easterlings, they are all not High Men, so why do the second 2 deserve higher STR, the same could be said of the Fiefdoms whn Dol Amroth has higher.

Because the Rohirim learned from Gondor, and were also the closest descendents of the original ancestors of the Numenorians. Dol Amroth was also a Numenorian stronghold, but the other fiefdoms were made up of mostly common men with a small sprinkling of Numenorian blood.

Exactly. Perhaps I also just assumed that a tribal people from the far Harad deserts and the Hill-Folk "scratching a living off rocks" in Dunland wouldn't have access to grain and protein in their diet to reach Strength 4. :)
