I've found that Numenor are actually pretty but their potential hasn't been "unlocked" yet if you get my drift.

Here are a few more troops for their army list.

Royal Guard of Elendil Point value: 19pts.

F S D A W C
5/- 4 7 2 1 5

Wargear:
A Royal Guard of Elendil wears finely crafted heavy armour and carries a spear and shield.

Special Rules:
Bodyguard

These guys will be the ultimate Numenorian troops to choose from.

Numenorian Knight 11pts.

F S D A W C
5/- 3 6 1 1 4

Wargear:
A Numenorian Knight wears heavy armour and carries a sword (hand weapon) and a shield. At an additional cost he may have the following:

Armoured Horse 9pts.
Lance 1pt.
Banner 35pts.

Special Rules:
Noble: A Numenorian Knight may use the Stand Fast! rule even though they are not a hero.

Ranger of Numenor 8pts.

F S D A W C
4/- 3 4 1 1 3

Wargear:
A Ranger of Numenor wears tough leather armour and carries a sword (hand weapon) and a bow. At the additonal cost, he may have the following:

spear 1pt.

As you may have noticed, the ranger of Numenor is exactly the same as a ranger of Gondor, I've just put them in to show that Numenorians can have them too.

Please comment!

Your ranger doesn't have a bow?

I like the Royal Guard, but I think you might have its cost just a tad too high.

you could use some morgul nights for the numenorean knights, i suppose.

a nice light paintjob, some headswaps and a few small sculpting changes here and there.

or even better would be to buy the dark marshal 10 times, and use the mounted version for your knights and the foot version for your royal guards, again with a lighter paintjob and some headswaps, and arm bends and stuff.

let us know what how your gonna make thease models :)

Royal Guard are probably going to be spear armed numenoreons with different colour theme and a headswap with a slightly altered fountain guard.

Morgul Knights and Black Numenoreons with a few changes will probably be the knights.

Now the ranger doesn't have a shoot value :) Is it 3+ or 4+ ?

He said they're the same as Rangers of Gondor, so I assume 3+.

Nice balanced profiles, but I think you should drop the special rule on the knights. All up to you, of course.

Yeah, I was thinking of doing that but I find elites with no special rules sometimes a bit dull :/

How about this for the knights:
Charge of Glory If a Numenorian Knight charges, it causes terror for the rest of the move phase.

Yes, that could be very effective as you wouldn't get counter charged nearly as often.

Would that just be if he was mounted?

Well normally a bloke who runs at your mate when you are an orc isn't very scary.

Then why wasn't being mounted mentioned in the rules?
