| Post subject: | SBG very small battle |
So iam about to have a small battle with some mate and forces like this: Me (dwarfs) -Captain -Banner -some ranger Mate (nasty ghosts) -King of the Dead -Banner -very few ghosts So what do you think shall i take either throwing weapons and if how many or more ranger? Some tactic advice would be nice, too.

I would give all of your guys throwing weapons (except the archers) as he'll be playing the dead you'll be able to play very defensively if you want. Get him to play your way because he will be obliged to go towards your guys as he will have no ranged troops. I would try to stay 7" away from the enemy at all times (though this will be a problem as you can only move 5") try and take only a few dead on at a time if you can and be sure to smash him with throwing axes before the charge (so be sure to call a heroic move when you're in throwing axe range). |

Meh, he's only got one attack, try and tie him up with a ranger every turn and then finish him off last or surround him if you get the chance. |
