All, Looking for SBG profiles for the following: -Amdur -Duinhir -Blackroot Vale Archers (and command) -Cirion -Madril I have the majority of the sourcebooks but haven't been able to track down SBG stats for these guys. Only the WOTR profiles are available for them on the GW website, since for whatever reason they no longer support the SBG (which is IMO so much better, but anyway.) Thanks! Ian |

First one is on GWs site, under WD archives, in a PDF called Reinforcements. Last two are in the Gondor sourcebook. The others are in a WD issue but not sure which one. |

Madril, Captain of Ithilien: Gondor in Flames, A Shadow in the East, The Return of the King Cirion, Lieutenant of Amon Barad: Gondor in Flames, A Shadow in the East, The Return of the King Duinhir & Blackroot Vale Archers: WD #366 (365 in USA) June 2010 (also includes Mauhur, and the 'new' Faramir Capt of Ithilian) other Hard to Find stats: WD#371 Nov 2010 : Floi Stonehand, King's Champion, Cave Drake, Gundaband BlackShields & Command. I know GW needs to make money from thier stats, and I've read that thier profit margin is not huge and greedy, despite the prices. But to bury essential info in hard to find old WD issues does not encourage the sale of the model (huge understatement there...) Or do they need reminding to put them in the Archives with other past WD articles? On the plus side, for those fanatics willing to chase down those stats, the models seem largely Unknown---which could be an advantage on the table. My son waited five days before he got any reaction to a Blackshield armylist--longer than ever---perhaps because nobody knows the stats? I have a Profiles Index on where to find all stats. It is a Word Document that I thought I got off of this site...? Very helpful, though needed updating. PM me if you have trouble. |
