Okay so after a bit of a hiatus I'm back for one last try to finally finish off the new rules for Battle Companies 3. (For those of you who don't know what Battle Companies is its a skirmish game with no more than 15-25 models which gain experience in each encounter, very much like Mordheim/Necromunda - but much more simplified.) Now if you do have prior knowledge of BC great! Hopefully you really enjoyed it. Because to me its the best way to play and enjoy the SBG system - fewer models but more decisions. But if you didn't enjoy previous versions please first have a look at the site because this project goes beyond just revamping a the BC core rules. What we've set out to accomplish is much bigger. The BC core rules are/will be more in-depth and yet simpler than Mordheim, we have limited ourselves to a certain framework ie. previous BC rules we used them as a base and built upon it. Maybe even more importantly, the terrain/campaign/scenarion generation will ensure unique games every time you play and can be used in bigger battles. So please, please, please think about contributing to this. I cannot stress enough how good a system this will be for Lotr SBG for both veterans and beginnners.
