Thats way way too iverpowered. It costs the same as a Morgul Knight but has Fight 6, 2 or 3 attacks, and becomes fight 7 if a leader (proabably a cheap one) is killed. That is reallly really bad. They should have base fight 5, and rather than 2-3 attacks, 1-2, or cost it 30pts.

Why not give them shields, lance and Terror and F6 A2 and make them 25 points?

Elven Steed, woodland creature: see the Galadhrim Knight rules

Personally I think the Dead worthy a song should be when the army general (or a chosen hero) dies, because if you have multiple warbands with Rivendell Knights in it could get very confusing, especially in larger battles

Is it not also "end worthy of song" or perhaps "death worthy of song" as "dead worthy..." makes little sense.

It's less overpowered now, but rather than the spear becomes a shield, how about they may use the shielding rule, even though they are mounted, and may do so even if other combatants choose not to shield? And I agree with Chris Guard of Mardat.

That would be breaching the entire logic behind the shielding condition. Shield is done by blocking (or at least trying to block) all enemy strikes, but if there are someone else to strike at who aren't doing the same, then you're basicly just standing there waving with your shield, thus most liekly being excluded from the fight.

Thus the enemy doesn't strike at you, and you would win. And beside elves don't make sense.

Post subject:  Re: House profiles

The enemy could still strike at the guy not shielding, and you wouldn't be part of the fight at all, thus not being able to lend your attacks. And beside, there is such a tihng as internal logic.

hmm, so that means dead worthy of song(meant that name, but I didn't had much time to post the profiles) will only affect when the general is killed, the same for the spears that can only be used for shielding, not giving you an extra +1 defence. Also, when in the warband of elladan and elrohir(who must be mounted when using this upgrade), they can exchange their warspears for the aforementioned double blades, but this costs +3 points/model.

How on earth do you expect a berserker to lead anything at all. And you do realise that this guy has 3 attacks with effective strenght 7, that's equal to a Mordor Troll.

I agree with Horde Lord,m the concept of a 'Beserker Captain' makes no sense.

Strength 5 with +1 to wound for two-handed is about the same as a strength 7.
Actually, I think he could work as an independent hero, then he's not "leading" anyone.,

Post subject:  Re: House profiles

THe strength 5 with +1 to wound is already found in the Gundabad Blackshield Captain, so that in itslef isn't too bad, just the concept of a Beserker with Might points.

The might points only affect himself, and not any other warriors.

It shouldn't have them at all. Fate points yes, possibly Will, but no Might.
