I like the colours you've used on Shagrat, nice dusty tone to the cloth and hair, and the skin too.

Nice Anngmar/Morgul banner bearer too, I tried painting a design like that on my Carn Dum banners but it came out wrong.

Thanks Gothmog :D Not sure if this will help you with your banner (you might have done it already), but I've put together a little (picture guide) to show you what you could do to get it like that (although you might want different colours). :)

I've now started assembling my dragon, but I need to finish my Dwarves first before I start painting.

Some Dwarf Warriors, with cloaks sculpted on. They're a bit rough, but overall I'm pleased with how they turned out. I hope to practice sculpting more in the future (and get some sculpting tools) :)

You've got the basic principle there Chris. If you had a cone clay shaper you would really notice the difference, both in easiness to sculpt and results. 8)

Cheers Sid :-D I think I'll probably use them as Iron Hills Veterans when I include Murin and Drar in my army. :)

As requested some progress on my Dragon, I've only done work on the wings and underbelly so far, and the lighting isn't the best in these pics. Hopefully when I finish him I'll be able to take well lit pictures.

The work so far looks really good Chris - the highlighting on the wings is really smooth.
