Now that is a nice 'little' green dragon. Nice colour scheme, and painted well, it looks so right, and dragonish, if you know what I mean. The underbelly too.

Thanks Shieldmaiden I like your crystal suggestion for the base and, although I won't be using them on the base, I have another idea for crystals now. I've gone for a tiled/sand base like those of my Banner Bearer and Shagrat, but in darker colours with a few scattered shields on them (and I plan on putting some weapons too).

Thanks Bilbo I had them painted flat Deheb Stone before, but it didn't look right so I washed half with Snakebite Leather and really liked the effect


The Dragon's base is now finished, and I've started work on Gil-galad, but pictures will have to wait until I get access to a good camera

Here's the finished Dragon (excluding a few touch ups), unfortunately you can't see the tiles on the base very well, but they are there. I had tried putting some Dwarf and Goblin shields on the base, but I found they contrasted with the Dragon too much so I removed them.
