Only an afternoon's work? Cool! Is that made from foam-board? How did you get the texture on the wall? |

It's made from foam-board, cardboard, matchsticks, balsa, paper and sand. I applied ready mix filler on the walls before painting them, after having found a near empty tube of it somewhere in the basement. |

You should do a tutorial mate because that's really good. |

BGiME magazine 67, my friend. I'd be taking credit for their tutorial. Thanks though! |

My paints and thus my wallet wouldn't like that idea. But who knows. |

Now that's more like it. Dunland village, or something like that, finished! |

Very original piece of work here. They have a wonderful ramshackled feel to them. I have a couple of points. I prefer the roof colour on the second photo or are they all the same and it's the way the light has affected the photo ? The overhang on the roof seem a little big. Could the front door and window shutters one outward without hitting it ? |

It's the light, I just can't get good lighting on these without making them shiny. Horrible camera to blame. And yes, they could! |

I really like what you did there. Its become a modular village! Are you going to add other village things too? Like a store or a stable? |

Maybe in the future I will add new buildings, but for now I'm done doing these. I'm very new to the terrain making side of the hobby, so if anything, I'd like to try new things. |

Nice buildings, these could fit well in a variety of Middle-earth related settings and landscapes. Nice work |
