Nice touch on the case. How many have to be painted to get the full army ready?

Ugluk & Vrasku, 19 more crossbows (though I still need to buy 9), 12 berserkers, a shaman, one pike block, two trolls and a drummer scout. Though at some point I do want to go back and add derail such as the white hand throughout the army. So far the army has simply been quickly painted to a suit a tabletop standard.
