Me and my friend are using my unused upstairs of my garage to make a gaming room with lots of boards.We are making mirkwood/fangorn on a 24x24 board.We are making the inside of moria/erebor on a 36x36 board.We already have the outside of :wink: perebor made.

Good luck, it sounds great, I wish I had a dedicated area for gaming. I have always liked the idea of a loft conversion.
