Welcome to my WIP and before you go any further please take a moment to take in consideration i am a very amateur painter so any advise would be greatly appreciated!

My current painted army (except Shadow Lord hes WIP)

I like them. Your troll chieftain looks good. I like how you painted the teeth and all to look a little dirty. . My only advice on the models is the troll chieftain's scaley patches look good if you distinguish them from the rest of the skin, either with a different color or just ba highlight. Other than that I'd also recommend trying to experiment with the lighting because the glare on the armor and all makes that harder to see contrast

As JamesR said, try to eliminate the glare from your photos, as that would really help. I'm not sure if its just the glare, but the armour on the troll chieftain looks quite bright, maybe give it a dark wash and highlight the edges with chainmail (old colour names, sorry). I like my trolls to have dark armour

Sorry about the glare i will look into getting a milk carton to make a light box and thanks for the comments!

A nice start for someone claiming to be very amateur.
You are better than that. The troll skin could do with a glaze of a dark colour, have it nice and thin and make sure you take the execs off the brush. Don't allow the paint to pool.
When that is dry use a highlighted colour on the very highest points of the skin.

Certainly not an amateur at all! The only advise I could give is that if you're looking to better your painting skills, maybe learn to wet-blend rather than dry brush. It takes time to perfect it, but is well worth the effort.

I've been collecting/painting GW miniatures for the best part of a decade now, maybe slightly longer, and I only started wet-blending a couple of years ago, but it really makes someone's army stand out on the battlefield and gives miniatures a greater sense of realism. Dry brushing is good enough for tabletop standard minis, but wet-blending goes far beyond that - I've never looked back! Except of course where dry brushing is more effective, on large rocky terrain or on bases, etc., but I never use it on miniatures themselves any more.
