I've had a quick play about with the kit yesterday and I learnt a few things.
Firstly, the weapon holding hands look like they'll be a pain to pin using my normal 1mm bit as many of them thin to less than 1mm in places.
Secondly, the head size is a good bit smaller than the plastic goblins. This may not be an issue for most people, but as I was toying with some head swaps, it may be an issue.
Finally, the weapons are pretty flimsy, especially the stupid bone picks. I don't get why someone wearing armour goes into battle with the remains of two chicken drumsticks tied to a stick. I'm considering replacing most of the FW weapons with plastic alternatives, like this guy:
