Does anyone go to any clubs which do strategy gaming? Luckily for me my history teacher runs one at my school on tuesdays, last week we played a game called Formula De

http://www.gameslore.com/

From here click on board games and then on Formula De.

Also I recommend browsing this site for other things... many an enjoyable evening spent in the Azog cavern from things ordered from here! 8).

I luv that racing game, I have a copy of it and the Silverstone expansion. Many an evening has been spent vrooming cars around the track.
Great fro a blast of fun, but I have found if you start toting up points for each race it begins to get a bit competitive. :)

Forgot about this!

My teacher was quite busy last month but we still got some games in, the first two weeks of November we played something called Cosmic Encounters.

Linky

Then the week after we played Robo Rally

Update: We have mostly been playing D&D at the moment but we did play an random game one time when my history teacher forgot the characters. The game was called Guillotine.

This irreverent and humorous card game takes place during the French Revolution. Players represent rival guillotine operators vying for the best collection of noble heads over three rounds.

Each round, twelve nobles are lined up for the guillotine. The nobles are worth varying points, depending on their notoriety. During your turn, you play action cards to change the order of the line so you can collect the best nobles. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins!

Will you be skillful enough to bribe the guards and collect Marie Antoinette? Or will you lose points for beheading the hero of the People?

Heads are going to roll!

Players: 2 - 5
