I'm painting a structure and used a color called Smoke Gray which turns out to be a very strong blue/gray accent on blue.
What color washes should I use over the basic Blue/Gray color to enhance the painting?
Remember it's a building, not a figure.
Thanks in advance.

Test purple/Grape
Black if you want an industrial sooty or greasy
Brown for warmer color.
Navy blue for cold gray

Cood choices, thanks. I may use the dark blue and see how that looks.

I often use a sponge and dab on brown, tan and yellow before I dry brush large areas.

I did this with the matt. The gray side walk was painted over black but the final high light has a lot of yellow in it.
I have built some under dark cave sections that I used the purple wash. Sorry, I delivered it be for I made a photo.
