i want to make a combined goblin and orcs army, just wondering how the ally system works im still figuring out if i want it goblin and orcs or majority orcs and goblins thanks.

You can spend 25% of your points on allies.

First you select your faction and your leader - whatever isn't in that faction can be taken up to 25% of your final points total.

If you play 2000 pts, you can have up to 500 pts of any other Faction on your side (Good or Evil) - Be it Epic Heroes or Core/rare/legendary formations - though you still have to respect the minimum Core formations to get Rare formations from allies of course.
