 Post subject: Decree of Rarity ?

So a new Goblin army is in my mind and i was thinking of being realy cheesy and spamming as much big stuff as possible with little goblins. So my question is....

Can I for example purchase three compainies of goblins ( being common) and provided the points allowed for it purchase 2 dragons and a balrog and then face my opponent with all that and be legal ?

If you divided those three companies of Goblins into three separate formations, yes you can. Decree of Rarity dictates you must have as many common formations as you do rare formations and that you must also have as many common companies as you do rare companies.

You would also need to buy Druzhag or Durburz so that your army has a leader and he would have to go into one of those 1 company formations of goblins.
