Can a spellcaster in a formation that has performed a heroic move or epic journey cast spells after the move? We've always played that 'can't shoot' applies to spellcasters but would like this cleared up. Thanks |

Spell casting is not shooting and doesn't have the same restrictions applied. You cast your spells in your movement phase. I would have to read again to see if there is anything specific in Epic Journey that prevents spell casting but I don't recall any such restrictions. |

As what Beowulf said. I'm not sure what you mean by after (end of his movement or somewhere in the middle of the phase) so I'll just throw out a simple little fact. Once you start moving a different formation or declare it the end of your Movement Phase/Heroic Move, it ends the last formations move (and the chance of casting spells). |

Thanks, that's what I thought. We just had a game decided on this, unfortunatlely we went the 'can't shoot can't cast' way and Gandalf met a nasty end. Oops |
