I know I need the war of the ring book but what about the legions of middle earth.? Is it just an army builder? |

Legions of Middle Earth was for SBG, before the new sourcebooks came along and tied everything together. The expansion for War of the Ring was called Battlehosts, and it was (if I recall correctly) rules for combining units into themed formations with specific leaders, compositions, and unique rules. |
