Hope everyone is keeping well. I'm going to be having a crack at the classic Celeborn model.

In game the armoured version would always be picked which is a shame so I will write a house rule profile for him as a bit of fun to offer an alternative version when playing.

I'm building an orc tent. You can see a picture of what I'm going for in BGiME #58. I also have some ruffians I'm working on. Can she do it with only 4 days left? We'll see!

I'm also going to struggle to get mine finished without a frantic last effort. Unlike most I've been as busy as ever with work this month.

It was a hurried job in the end but I'm satisfied with the end result. Fun & relatively easy model to paint also- motivated to get the whole warband done asap to go alongside him, although I'm going to pick something different for the April Challenge.

How's everyone else going?

has the April challenge been announced yet? Sorry if this is off topic. I'm too late to participate in March but might try to compete in April.

Thanks mate.

It's pretty much whatever you'd like. Single unit hero, monster or warband. Although if you have any other suggestions we'd be open to doing that for April- haven't locked anything in yet.

I always found these contests to be a great motivator. So here's my first completed LOTR mini since 2015.

Awesome work Gene- welcome back!

Love the face and overall muddy look, perfectly suiting a ranger from the wild.

Think I already have my April entry decided- a metal ent ahead of the made to order. I've been too scared to paint it for years.

Very nice. I never had that mini, only the armoured one. Might buy it after production resumes.

Thanks both that's very kind. It is a lovely miniature. I went closer in colours to my main Galadrim force compared to Haldir.

I have updated the main post, April is now open for submissions. Let's see what we are all working on!

Do we put our entries in this thread for April?

I am going to work on Uruk Hai scout command - Captain, Shaman, Banner and Drummer.

Hi all, I really would like to participate at the April challenge, but I don't know how to post a picture of my unpainted miniature. Can somebody help me? Thank you!
