I've got Elrond, Gil-Galad with elven helmet and broken-off spear and Eowyn on foot (in armour)
And I'm not able to trade very much numenor/gondor heroes because I'm a gondor player myself.

Some Mordor Orc sprues? I've also got some other plastic models (High Elves, Rangers, Haradrim, Warriors of Minas Tirith) available, but they're not in good condition.

I've probably got around ten available. They're painted poorly, but could probably be repainted. Their bases have been flocked, but the models haven't been glued to the bases. The majority have broken weapons.
