It looks great, can't wait to see it fully painted. ;) I'm thinking, the painting shouldn't be that much work, as you can drybrush pretty much everything, but that depens on what you want to achieve I guess.;)

Firstly, your Gimli is very realistic, apart from moss cloak, he reminds me exactly of John Rhys Davies in the film.

Seconsdly, great job on that diaroma peice, heed Amarthadan's words when painting. Also, Balin's Banner is nice.

Nice job there on Gimli, I really like the way you painted the cloak. It looks a bit "weather bitten" which makes it look more realistic.
