Who to lead my Uruk-Hai scouting band?

My current options are
Vrasku (I heard some people say hes kind of OP and not fun to play against so I'm not sure if I should take him)
Ugluk (In my opinion I think his model look the best)
Lurtz (Fits more with the theme but not really special tbh)
I'm not interested in any other heroes I repeat
I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY OTHER HEROES!

If you are going straight Uruks, I would stick with Lurtz. Vrasku doesn't fit well with the theme. Ugluk is a little over-priced, and his rule isn't as helpful when you have a minimum of 3C. It's handy, but not when you have to sacrifice an 8-9 point uruk for it to work. If you include a good number of orcs, Ugluk can be a better choice.

It's a shame though, I also really like the Ugluk model and the character in the books.

Seeing as his model has a whip on it, and he is definitely NOT worth 60pts, my group gives him a whip and makes him 55pts. He's quite a bit better at that point cost and the whip makes him slightly more powerful.

I didn't have his rules at the time, but he's a really good combat hero. He also allows you to upgrade your scouts to be faster, making them much more deadly.
