I'd think about someone else besides GW for Khand. You could do Samurai, give them beards and swap out the Katana for an axe. Wargames Factory has them. Looks pretty nice.

If they had better helmets, then yes, that could be good, definately axe and beard, and cover a bit of their armour. But I think that helmet only looks right on Khandish Kings, the helmeys on some of the AotD / Rohan look closer in shape and that there are rim lines. Also, how tall are they?

They sell them in the UK over Ebay or your hobby shop might be able to order them.

Why dont you just look for some original Khankish warriors on ebay? be patient and you get some khandish, and you will be much happier then with some other mini's to replace them  patient is the key to sucess my friend 8)

For 48 Khandish he'll have to wait till his beard goes grey and beyond.

Hmm, well, I do have acouple of blisters already, but alll ebay seems to have is khandish Warriors which cost significantly more than their RRP, like one blister for £9.50 not including P & P.

Just as well I have no intention of painting them until Easter or July anyway.

I always had the idea of using Haradrim as Khandish warriors.

Just chop off the spear heads and stick an axe head on one of the ends of the shaft.

They are probably the best plastic GW models that could pull it off.

Also, as mentioned above, Wargames Factory has Samurai. They could do the trick.

Keep looking, sometimes they sell only 1, or 2. Somethimes 10, and most of the sellers deliver only to UK, with a cheap shipping, like i said, all you need is patient, and keep looking. I keep looking everyday for some items i want, sometimes i see a lot of them, sometimes i dont see even 1. The best deal's are the 0.99 bid ending... i wait until the last second and then BAM, £10.00 BID and nobody can bid that high at the last second, they bid £1.50, £1.70...PUFF TIMES IS OVER and i pay only £1.04

I had that happen to me over a super cheap Dwarf army. Lets just say that  is an understatement. It really is an evil trick to pull.

Right, I have decided that I am going to get official Khandish Warriors whenever they appear on ebay, I may even pick up another blister from GW tomorrow (or should that be oday, since its after midnight). Additionally, and as a result of yet another person suggesting Haradrim (suitable poses, but I don't care, they don't look like Khandish), if my local GW has any boxes of 24 Rohirrim left, I will get one, just add a few cheaper ones, and because they look more Khandish than the bleeding Haradrim do, and as I said, I'm not using Haradrim as real Haradrim AND Khandish in the same army, as they look stupid. Thank you all for your help :D
