Here's my current plans for my Dwarf 700pts force, and suggestions/criticisms would be much appreciated.

Warband 1:
Dain Ironfoot - 125
3x Khazâd Guard - 33
1x Dwarf Warrior with Banner - 33
6x Dwarf Warrior with Shield - 54
2x Dwarf Warrior with 2 Handed Axe - 18
Total: 263

Warband 2:
Balin with Durin's Axe - 85
3x Khazâd Guard - 33
1x Dwarf Warrior with Warhorn - 28
6x Dwarf Warrior with Shield - 54
2x Dwarf Warrior with 2 Handed Axe - 18
Total: 218

Warband 3:
Dwarf Captain with Shield and Throwing Axes - 70
9x Dwarf Ranger Archers - 90
1x Dwarf Ballista with - 60
Total: 220

Overall Total 701pts

What do people think? Any good?

You must not pass the limit for not even a point...
I see the army is really good, Maybe rangers instead of normal archers?

Umm?? Im confused about this part.. Do 2hs cost points now?

Yes, the two-handed weopons cost 1 point now.
