Do Elladan and Elrhoir's horses have the same profile as Galadrhim knights as they look like glorfindel's horse who also has the increased move?

Also if you are in range of two banners do you get two re-rolls?

No, Elladan and Elrohir ride normal horses. If it doesn't say they are diffenernt iin their entry, and it simply says horse, then it is a normal horse (even the Riders of the Dead ride normal horses), they cost cheap enough anyway.
