What did you use to make the base for the rock formations, it inspired me to go and build my own, though I will try to make it look more like a part of Erebor's wilderness.

I cut some random shapes from 3mm MDF with a jigsaw.... Then textured, painted and flocked to match my gaming board :)

Yes it's really cool stuff, nice and easy to paint:) I have just found Bilbo's three "stone" trolls on Ebay. I'm looking forward to painting these guys :)
