@samoht, hold your war-horses, I have more assembling and converting to do, and as its a really sunny day, I probably won't me doing much today.

@kidterminal, the reason the shields are good is because they are duplicates using instant mold, the mail is freehand, and my only sculpting tools are coctail sticks. I'll quite happy with them now anyway, but if I get better later, I may do more since io still have some spare (albeit often headless) Uruks with shields.

The mail on these morgul Stalkers is better than the mail on the best of the Black Guards because I used a slightly les blunt pick. However, the weather has cursed me with bad angles so this pic is worse again

I only need 1 company, and I already have 3 metals, so that means I only need 5, the rest can become more Mordor Uruk-hai.

Here's 36 more plastic Mordor uruk-hai finished, I used 1 and a half of the old boxes, some of the hand weapon guys have been converted into two-handed weapon guys:

The stalkers don't look ruined to me. Prime a couple and see how they look with a uniform color. The beasts base it looking good.

@garm,

to fill that well though with that many guts, he'd have to way 30 stone, then he wouldn't have fit in his Minis Tirith armour.

Painting will be done in time... :twisted:

3 converted Mordor Trolls, well 1 is a Chieftain technically but anyway, the last one was a Catapult Troll, but no longer:

Also wanted to show you the custom movement trays that I have very badly made for my two current Siege Bowsm the secind (both Biw and tray) have yet to be painted, but I included the painted one to show how the ugly great globs of green stiff would be hidden, they're not exactly the same size so they don't fit together as neatly as other formations, but never mind:
