Those trolls are fabulous.

About the Stalkers, can't you just peel the sh*t bits off? Its worth a try isn't it, seeing as you think they are ruined? And if you end up taking too much off, you can just sculpt the good bits back.

Gothmog - I wouldn't alter the Stalkers at all - as soon as I looked at them in your thread I knew they were stalkers before I even read it. They will look a lot different painted.

I'll be honest, I prefer the old ones. But looking at them again I don't think it should be much of a problem. Do what the others said and paint one up. They are not ruined.

I've been working away at my Mordor Uruk-hai which are now finished (save the bases which will all be done together). I only have pic of the last couple of stages sd I lost my camera and only found it as I was nearing completion. The Mordor Uruk-hai Captaain has both teeth and eyes, and they look quite good, for me anyway. Some of the shields are adorned with the Eye of Sauron or the Spider of Cirith Ungol, though I don't think you can see them on any of the pics. I've also started the Morgul Stalkers.

And finally the Morgul Stalkers, much more to do on them.

Would it look okay if the Stalkers had a greenish tingue to their robes and/or armour?

I like the skin tones on your Moror Uruks very much and with regards to the greenish tint on the stalkers, sure why not it would give them a more aged,weathered almost undead feel.

pity that ur pictures aren't sharper, but i must say they make the whole thing look more creepy - like an amateur photograph of a "ghost" or a "monster"

These guys have turned out better than I expected! I was worried that they still would just looked like a bunch of isengard scouts, but you have made them look completely different. They work perfectly as mordor uruk hai.
