Alas, I have returned. I apologise for not getting back to you sooner, but I was on a 2-night mini-holiday, and had my sister's birthday, so I had not time, I have taken pictures of the Orcs earlier, and I have finished them today, and taken some more pictures.

As for the camera problem, have you considered cropping/resizing the images? That could be what causes them to become blurry.

Wow you've been busy! !! Lov the axe head conversion on the spearmen model... might have to pinch that idea :wink:

Why thank you, feel free o do any of thses conversions, the more of them done, the more each looks like a true variant

The basecoats of the great beast, siege bow, and their crews. And yes, the well will be whote upon completion, much more work to go:

looking good mate - well from what I can see. The pictures make it hard to see the paintjob but the conversions are looking beast.

I have some more progress pictures of the Great Beast, which has actually been finished, but I'll wait before posting finished pics. I've started on the Morannon Orcs and repaint of Gothmog too. Here are the other progress pics of the Greast Beast, Siege Bow and Orc crews:

I'll be back relatively shortly with the finished pics. Thanks for looking everyone, and for helping too

As I have reached the half way mark, yes. here is the recent painting, half approx of the Mordir stuff I put on the table. You may have noticed that I have now remob=ved the great Beast crew from their temperary bases:

Thank you guys. The natural lighting this week have helped, it isn't normally bright and sunny enough, and sure enough today is rain, but I took these pics this morning when it was brighter, the morannon Orcs basecoared:

Gothmog is a repaint by the way, in case you haven't noticed.

Sorry I didn't really get many WIP shots of these guys, but here they are now, done, save for the bases of course:

So a total of 48 Morannon Orcs, 36 of which have been converted, plus a repaint of my 2nd Gothmog ft & mtd. I have roughly 60 older Morannon Orcs inc. 6 metals, so I have enough Morannons for 13 and a half companies. Add a company and a half of (12) Mordor Orcs as proxies and that is enough.

I like your finished beast mate. I know its alot easier painting something bigger than smaller but it looks like your best work so far :-D
