Hi guys, I picked up a pack of Finecast Gondor Commanders at the GW store upstate about 2 weeks ago. I just opened the box and one of the miniatures is not properly formed, it's in two halves where its supposed to mold and split in half from head to waist. Like, imagine getting sliced in two down your midline down to the waist.

i dont have a receipt for my purchase (lost it) and the store I bought it from (Official GW store) is way too far away to just drive back to and exchange from.

Can I return this to the Website GW? what should I do any recommendations?

Call GW and let them know the situation. They will tell you what to do from there. They will likely have you send back the character and ship you a replacement.

Sorry for the mistake.

Update: Called GW (awesome customer service btw) and they're sending a free replacement to me by mail.
