I had this evil idea of using Sauron in an army of 500pts.
The problem is that Im afraid that no one will want to play against me because of Sauron.
Will people play me if I take Sauron?

They should, he's not really that hard to kill. You'll be outnumbered about 30 to one and you'll only be able to kill 2-3 a turn. I've played a few games where Gil-Gald + Glorfindel werevery effective against him. Also, the Balrog can go toe-to-toe with him without fear and have a sizable number of goblins to fill in the other 100 pts.

Personally if you brought sauron, ide bring rumil and Gil-galad plus their merry men and watch sauron fall after a couple turns. But against someone who isn't prepared for such a foe, bring him and watch your enemies squeal in terror!
