Lovely - very nice finish and basing. The two-handed conversion is great - I can just see him hurtling towards Merry and Pippin with Boromir racing to the rescue.

@ garmenhord: sure you can! Unfortunately the model itself isn't very good, many areas lack detail, which makes it more challenging to paint...for the drum I was inspired by paintings of native american tribes.
