good list, i would always use arathorn insead of halbarad, mutch better.
abbout the bolttrower,
I don't know, it's a awsome model, and it wil give you almost always make you the better shooting army. (rush a stone into enemy lines) but it's mutch points.

I would at least swap the swords for spears in the WOMT group, that way if they are deployed away from your rangers you can hold your ground anywhere they drop
