I remember back in the day that Games Workshop allowed you to purchase just one figure from a blister or parts that you required so didn't have to spend more than you wanted on getting unwanted items.
With the exception of ebay does anybody know of a place where one can still do this?

I contacted GW a couple of years back looking for spare parts and was simply told to look elsewhere online. I think the helpful trolls have turned to stone.
