Great conversions, exactly how I (and I guess loads of other people) planned to do so. Very well executed. Clansmen look good as well.

Your Arnor conversions are great, if I didn't know pretty much every sculpt by heart, I would've mistaken them for the real deal. Perfection , or near enough 8)

Hair and skin started, need to just blend and highlight then onto the finer details...
